Terms & Conditions
Effective date: 28 April 2026. By creating an account or using PayPit (a trading name of Pivotal Consult Ltd), you agree to these terms.
Use of service
PayPit provides tools to help users organize financial records and estimate tax obligations. You are responsible for ensuring submitted information is accurate and complete.
Account responsibilities
- Keep your login credentials secure and do not share account access.
- Use PayPit lawfully and avoid any misuse, abuse, or disruption of the platform.
- Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Data protection and third-party services
PayPit processes personal data in accordance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) 2023 and the NDPA General Application and Implementation Directive (GAID) 2025. Our full privacy practices — including lawful bases, retention, data-subject rights, and third-party processors — are set out in our Privacy Policy.
PayPit integrates with Mono for subscription payments (DirectPay), bank account linking (Connect), and optional identity verification (Prove). By using these features you also agree to Mono's applicable terms for the relevant product. DirectPay is used solely to collect PayPit subscription fees — not for remitting tax to NRS.
Compliance notice
PayPit supports tax compliance workflows but does not replace professional legal or tax advice. You remain responsible for meeting your filing and payment obligations.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised terms. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
