If you want to close your PayPit account and delete personal data, follow the process below.
How to request deletion
- Send an email from your registered account to support@paypit.ng.
- Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
- Include your registered email and phone number for verification.
What happens next
- We verify the request to protect against unauthorized deletion.
- We close the account and remove personal data tied to your profile.
- Where legally required, limited records may be retained for compliance purposes.
Timeline
We process valid deletion requests within 30 days, unless a shorter period is required by law.
